1. Nature of Our Services

The Rise Consultancy provides IT consulting, cybersecurity, and web and mobile application development services. We deal in digital services and deliverables and do not ship any physical products. As such, there is no physical shipping involved, and no shipping charges are levied.

2. Delivery of Services

All deliverables — including source code, design files, reports, credentials, access links, and other project assets — are delivered electronically via email, a secure download link, a shared repository, or by deployment to the agreed hosting environment. Delivery is deemed complete once the relevant files or access have been made available to the email address or account associated with your order.

3. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines depend on the scope of the project or service and are agreed upon in the proposal, quotation, or order confirmation. For standard subscriptions and small services, access or deliverables are typically provided within 1–7 business days of successful payment and receipt of all required information. Custom development projects follow the milestones and schedule mutually agreed in writing.

While we strive to meet all agreed timelines, delivery may be affected by factors such as delayed inputs or approvals from the client, change requests, third-party dependencies, or force majeure events. We will keep you informed of any anticipated delays and revised timelines.
