At The Rise Consultancy we are committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms under which a project or service may be cancelled and how refunds, where applicable, are processed.

1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests will be considered only if the request is made within a reasonable period after placing the order or commencing the engagement, and before work on the project or service has substantially begun. Cancellation requests may not be entertained once the service has been initiated, delivered, or substantially completed, or where work has already been customized to your specific requirements.

To request a cancellation, please write to us at info@riseconsultancy.online with your order or invoice details. We will acknowledge your request and inform you whether it is eligible for cancellation.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only for eligible cancellations and for services that have not yet been rendered or delivered. For consulting, development, design, and other professional services, any work already performed, third-party costs already incurred (such as domains, hosting, licenses, or paid tools), and non-refundable fees will be deducted from any refund amount. Custom or milestone-based engagements are refundable only for milestones not yet started.

3. Refund Process & Timelines

We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your refund request and let you know whether the refund was approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable: services already delivered or completed, customized work created specifically for you, third-party charges incurred on your behalf, and any setup, consultation, or processing fees clearly identified as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
